This policy outlines the return and refund conditions for purchases made through Lush Visuals.

Digital products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales on footage packs, presets, and other digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at lushhvisuals@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

Physical products (wall art prints) If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the damage when reaching out.

As our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping issues If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. Lush Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
