By accessing or using the Lush Visuals website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Products and licensing
Lush Visuals sells digital products (footage packs, presets, and LUTs) and physical products (wall art prints).
All digital products are licensed for personal and commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share any digital files purchased from Lush Visuals, in whole or in part. You may modify digital products to suit your needs, however modified versions remain subject to the same terms of use.
All intellectual property rights remain with Lush Visuals. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.
2. Delivery
Digital products Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing your download link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Downloads are limited to 5 attempts - please back up your files after downloading. If you experience any issues, contact us at lushhvisuals@gmail.com
Physical products (wall art prints) Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
3. Refunds and returns
Digital products All digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you believe your product is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We define a defective product as one that is unusable due to technical issues beyond your control and not caused by compatibility issues or user error. If a defect is verified we will provide a replacement or refund.
Physical products (wall art prints) If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Please include a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund. As prints are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Shipping issues If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Lush Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
4. Privacy
When you make a purchase or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name, email address, shipping address where applicable, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely and never stored by us directly.
We use your information to process orders, deliver products, and occasionally send updates about new releases. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

5. Intellectual property
All content on this website including images, footage, text, and branding is the property of Lush Visuals. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
